Trust System

Built for proof, not promises.

Every request is handled with a clear brief, permission to act, receipts where available, and a final report the client can keep for records.

01

Permission first

We confirm who can be contacted, what documents may be handled, and what outcome is expected before field work starts.

02

Proof pack

Photos, short video, receipts, call notes, GPS/context details, and next-step recommendations are packaged per request.

03

Secure documents

Sensitive files are requested only when needed, shared with the assigned operator, and referenced in the job notes.

04

Escalation path

If a vendor, office, or relative blocks progress, the client receives a written issue summary and options.

Workflow

Every request becomes a tracked mission.

  1. 01

    Brief

Capture the client goal, location, deadline, documents, and risk points.

  2. 02

    Verify

Confirm contact details, office requirements, contractor claims, and access needs.

  3. 03

    Execute

Visit, collect, coordinate, source, follow up, or manage the assigned local task.

  4. 04

    Report

Deliver media, receipts, notes, next steps, and a plain-English recommendation.

Coverage

Start with Kenya's busiest routes, expand by quote.

Nairobi and nearby counties are the fastest launch zones. Requests outside core coverage can still be quoted with travel time, runner availability, and risk level included.

Questions

What clients should know before sending a job.

Do you replace lawyers or surveyors?

No. Swadakta handles coordination, verification, errands, and reporting. Legal, valuation, and survey work should be handled by licensed professionals.

Can you hold money for projects?

Not by default. We can verify progress and coordinate payments, but client funds should move through agreed payment channels with clear receipts.

Can you contact relatives or contractors?

Yes, if the client gives permission and shares the correct contact details. Sensitive situations are handled carefully and documented.

What happens if a task cannot be completed?

The client receives the issue, evidence gathered, time spent, and recommended next steps before more work is approved.
